Donar DE-XRT Pro Sorter leverages the exceptional combination of AI powered Dual-Energy X-ray Transmission Imaging and High-Resolution RGB Imaging. By measuring the differences in absorption and penetration of dual-energy X-rays by different materials, it achieves precise separation of aluminum and heavy metal impurities in non-ferrous metal scraps mix. Additionally, it efficiently distinguishes cast aluminum from wrought aluminum by detecting density and structure differences
